I have purchased a lot at this store and the UTC store over the years. I can't say I strongly prefer one store over the other. This one is smaller so maybe it has less stuff in it but I always seem to be able to find what I need. They don't seem to have as much selection in sale merchandise as the UTC store. I think this store is busier.

I bought a pretty large amount of patio furniture here from sofas to bar stools to dining table, lounge chairs, etc. A few years later the finish started to chip off. Luckily, I saved all of my receipts (bought them in different batches). The replaced all of it without question. I was totally amazed. It's also pretty easy to place orders for large items in store, the associates call it in for you.
