By request of Rose, I am writing this review for RLM. I have been in business with them for over 2 years. I have 3 homes throughout Houston and the pricing and service are beyond the previous management companies I have had in the past. Having satellite offices, affiliated realtors and maintenance folks stationed around my properties (Sugarland, Humble and Spring) is beneficial because the pricing is fair and consistent. The vendors they use are top notch and warranty work, small repair items do not have a trip charge and advertisements are included! The fact that it's wrapped up in a low flat monthly fee helps me tremendously. I would recommend them to my friends and family, in fact I've already had my brother and niece switch too!

RLM has taken the headache out of being a property owner for me. They kept me informed every step of the way since it was my first time leasing my home. The costs are low and the service is outstanding! I never thought leasing my home would be this easy, but it is all thanks to RLM and their team.

This company is horrible, and I would avoid them at all cost. They will not return your calls or emails. If you want your rent paid on time it will not happen. Monic and Brad will provide you with incorrect information. I was so unhappy with this company I transferred my property to another company.

We've been in business with Residential Leasing and Management Corp. for over 2 months, we are located at the 7th floor and let me tell you something, this place gets so hot because the AC never works, also they only clean the office 2 or 3 days every week and we've been told they will do it every day which is a lie.
IF you are thinking on renting here, make sure that is not the 7th. floor!!!
