By request of Rose, I am writing this review for RLM. I have been in business with them for over 2 years. I have 3 homes throughout Houston and the pricing and service are beyond the previous management companies I have had in the past. Having satellite offices, affiliated realtors and maintenance folks stationed around my properties (Sugarland, Humble and Spring) is beneficial because the pricing is fair and consistent. The vendors they use are top notch and warranty work, small repair items do not have a trip charge and advertisements are included! The fact that it's wrapped up in a low flat monthly fee helps me tremendously. I would recommend them to my friends and family, in fact I've already had my brother and niece switch too!

I own 5 rentals in the greater Houston area and 3 rentals in Frisco, TX that RLM has managed for more than 5 years. In short, they really look after the property owner's interests and at the same time keep our tenants happy. I've personally spoken with all of my tenants and have found that they all like RLM as do I. I feel that they are fair to all, but, realize who is paying their management fees....ME.

If someone is thinking to obtain the service with RLM, please go to BBB and check its rating. The company has worst rating F which you do not see so often. If you accidentally signed up with them, you will see
1. Charge for the repair was not actually performed.
2. Repair never be performed on time or no perform
3. They will never refund you any money
4. They will never follow your request or necessity
5. You will lose lots of money for either leasing or selling with them
6. They will not answer any of your phone inquiry

Residential is a legal scam that they can generate the money out of your property.
Please go somewhere else so you do not have to get through this pain.

My experiences with this company have been nothing short of top notch. I own 2 rentals in the Houston area and one in Frisco north of Dallas. RLM has been managing them all for the past 4 years. I have found them to be terrific when it comes to client communications, actually having special phone lines for property owners and tenants respectively. The company keeps immaculate records, has on line reporting, leases quickly and keeps the costs down. They have my recommendations.
