First of all, I was impressed that Jonson seemed to give service calls personal attention. Second, the response time was great. It was cool out. Residential Heating and Air Conditioning system is a blessing for me. Last Friday I was in great intension when the heating system of my home damaged. I went here and there for a solution but nobody can assure me to solve this immediately. Then one of my friends Thomas told me about Residential Heating and Air Conditioning. Then I contacted with them on-line and they told me to solve this trouble soon. On the following day they came in and diagnosed the problem and fix it within just only three hours. Oh! I had a heater that was not working reliably. Sometimes the heater of my home would not come on and other times it would come on and not complete a heating cycle. I was tensed and I called Thomas and he was here within half an hour on a Saturday. He soon found that the ignition controller was not working correctly. He had the part on his truck and had it installed in a few minutes. We now have heat again!

I am a repeat customer. Our heat went off this afternoon and really didn't notice it until it hit too high and realized it was not working. After several attempts to relight the boiler ourselves, it was apparent something was wrong and it was getting chilly in here quickly. We called at evening at 6.00 pm and within only two hours they were here. We needed a new gas regulator which they had in the truck and the heat was back on by 10.00 pm.
