I'm an elite platinum member of Marriot. Does not matter at this hotel, they treat you like another anybody number. The internet DOES not work with wi-fi, the direct cable is disconnected, so if you like your internet time you will regret staying here. I call the hotel's tech support 3 or 4 times, only to get the same answer, lots of people on the web slowing down the web....well, at 3 in the morning it was the same, so I didn't buy it, the wifi is just inadequate period. The laundry room was down for weeks while I was here. I stayed here 30 days, so I got a good feel of the place, bottom line is I would go somewhere else even though the location is good to Coco Walk, only blocks away, the hotel has lots of problems and is musty and dark rooms with carpet that looks original. Stay at the Courtyard Marriot Coral Gables instead. Miracle Mile is only blocks away and the hotel is nice, new, clean, wifi works, only thing is you don't get free breakfast.‎
