My family had a trajic event happen which put us in need of temporary housing for a couple of months back in April of 2007, our house caught on fire, and staying in The Residence Inn by Marriott in Warren, Michigan was truly a life saver, I am a person that has a pet and to be able to have your dog with you after experiencing such a trajic event was wonderful!! the whole entire staff was very friendly, professional, and very helpful, everyone made my whole family feel like we were apart of there family, not to mention my dog also. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to feel like you are at a home away from home, it was a absolutely awesome experience. The Residence Inn has very nice rooms with a kitchen space, great color and decoration. A very nice living room. The breakfast has a good variety to choose from. We would recommend and we would stay there again. <BR/> ...

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have to switch rooms because the air conditioning was working the first night. The first room had a lot of stains in the carpet and a bathroom that could have been cleaner. ...

The manager gave me the last $4 out of her purse as I had no cash for a wedding reception!!! Wouldn't accept a check for it...(ultimately gave it back!) She was great to her staff, worked like a dog to keep the breakfast area clean. The hotel was very clean and having worked at the airline for almost 30 years have seen too many hotel rooms and crummy staff. Would stay there again absolutely!‎

:) We walked in expecting a regular hotel room, only to find a living room, and a fully stocked kitchen, and an awesome bed set up with a very nice bathroom. Your own airconditioning controls, wireless internet, and two HD tvs. ...
