Will not use them again, charged us for 3hrs of work when they only did 1. They will tell you they want to come and send a camera through your pipes,I told them I have had this done before and did not want it done again, He said don't worry there is no extra charge, but they do charge you for the time it takes them to actually video your pipes just not for the "camera useage". When I called them they agreed it was a mistake and said they would send me only 1hrs time back. After many, many calls I still never received a refund for the amount they overcharged. Each time they kept passing me off to someone new and each time that person told me they are mailing the check out that day. I would not recommend using them. Very disappointed

Great in an emergency
We had our drains clogged in the shower and the bathroom. Both times they did a great job by coming on time and fixing the problem. Once they cost more than they estimated but we were happy that they completed the job. ...
