This is the most insensitive business that I have ever dealt with. Robert who answered the telephone is the least helpful person I have ever encountered. An emergency to Robert means his company will come to your home within six days of the request. I called the company on a Friday, my bathroom was inoperable, and Robert said they would come out on the following Wednesday- six days later. I needed rescue in six minutes or even six hours, but not six days. All Robert said was sorry- that's the best I can do. Rescue Rooter does not care about its customers. Don't bother to call them.‎
