After a hurricane, we came to this store to rent a sump pump to remove water from our pool. Unfortunately, the pump did not work. Upon return we were questioned as to whether or not we were able to get it to work at all, presumably so they could keep some of our money. We did manage to get our money back, but no new sump pump to use...
