Falsely advertised a listing as "utilities included"... I was rather surprised to get to the lease signing and find out from the manager that Rent Here Realty had screwed up. The employees were all very nice & I recommend them before Apartment Finders....but watch out for the small details.‎

I had seen a few places through other agencies where I felt like I was being herded with other apartment seekers and the guy showing me around completely fumbled my name by the end of the appointment. I am a recent college graduate from Indiana University, and I had almost no idea about renting an apartment in Chicago or what channels to go through. I was referred to Rent Here Realty by a colleague. From my first visit on, going to Rent Here Realty was a completely different experience. The RHR office is a lot more quaint than the larger offices I went to, and the people are not just extremely personable, but from the chatter I heard around the office, they are all incredibly knowledgeable on all of their properties. I was pleasantly surprised when the second apartment I was shown was THE apartment. From that point, Rent Here made the entire process incredibly easy (and no one forgot my name). I have never used a rental agency to find an apartment until this January. I heard of Rent Here Realty through a friend who had used them and thought I'd give them a try because their yelp review was great and they were free(and I love free). I wish I had used them years ago. Each time I've moved, I have done all the work myself. Tyler was the agent that helped me, and not only did he do all the work for me, but everything he showed me was just what I was looking for. Everyone in the office acted and appeared professional, and they clearly knew what they were doing. Two thumbs up!‎

I have lived in the city for 11 years and have movee 6 or 7 times. I have found places on my own and twice used an apartment finding service to find a place. This time I worked with Rent Here Realty. I was just approved for an amazing loft in Bucktown that I dont know I would have found by myself. I am writing this because I think people should know that there is a really professional and easy to work with place in Chicago that can find you a good apartment. I would highly recommend this agency. I saw 7 apartments. I could have rented at least 3 of them so the worst part of my experiece was having to make a decision on which one to live in. Dan my agent stayed with me until 8:30 last night to make a decision and make an application on the loft. I just found out I was approved-in less then a day. Nice. So needless to say I am a very happy customer.‎
