Not impressed with this company whatsoever. Needed to rent a computer to take my bar exam, since my mac won't work with the bar exam software. All I needed was the computer for three days during the exam, and then just to hang onto the computer just in case until the exam results were in. That's it. Explained my situation in detail via phone conversation to the representative at this company, including the need to receive the computer in good time prior to the exam. Ordered the computer and paid two months in advance. Specifically requested on the web form that the computer be delivered by July 20.
