I was initially greeted okay. But when the salesman I was paired with didn't seem interested it made me mad. I went in to test drive the 4Runner and talk about the Camry Hybrid. He more or less said to me that I could not afford either of those cars and suggested buying a used one. I told him no I want a new vehicle and yes I can afford either one. I was going it to basically sign for one of those two cars that week. He didn't help at all and acted like a complete A**. I would've been a repeat customer...but I ended up telling him I'm leaving and taking my business elsewhere. (This all was a month ago)...

Yesterday (Dec 4) I got a call from the same sales guy to come in and test drive a 4Runner or Camry. I declined and said based on the way I was treated I'm NEVER buying another Toyota vehicle. Then I proceeded to say that I am in the process of purchasing a vehicle from a better sales guy who actually wanted the business. That made the guy mad and he ended up hanging up on me.

I visited Old Mill Toyota to test drive a Sienna and a Highlander. I never did get to test drive the HIghlander since the salesperson didn't seem too anxious to have us do so. The salesman that greeted us didn't appear to be interested in having us test drive the Sienna we were interested in either but had us drive a different model of the Sienna. He kept saying, In the one your are interested in, this would be different. He was very short with us. The sales room appeared to be messy and unorganized. Our sales person didn't go out of his way to discribe optional features of the Sienna. He gave us a book and told us to review the option packages. He reviewed rebates and car loan interest rates after we said we would be getting our loan at our bank. We walked out loving the Sienna but wondering if there were other Toyota dealers or if we could get a different salesperson.
