Reliable only to a point by Lori R. at InsiderPages
Reliable did a good job replacing our gutters. Their contractor did a nice job and did it right. Another one of Reliable's contractors replaced some rotting facia and soffit, and this is where we encountered problems. We were billed for $100 worth of work that was not done, and had to get the main guy out to prove it before they would correct the invoice. A section of soffit was left unattached and falling down; twice we were told someone would be out to fix it and no one ever showed up. It took over a month and then only after being yelled at by the person in charge that we were costing -him- money by having them come out to correct their work! They broke a piece of soffit on the front of the house and promised they would caulk and repaint it, and never did. After 2 years the wood work they did looked as bad as the rotten wood they replaced. For gutters, they were fine, but I would never suggest anyone use them for anything else. It was not worth taking the lowest bid for the wood work.
