After checking this company out with the BBB and reading the reviews on the web, I decided to call them to repair my washer. They were able to come the following morning (although they implied they would come that day if it had been an emergency which it was not) and within 10 mins had the washer apart and the problem diagnosed. Within another 10 mins, the new part was installed and the washer put back together. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and the price reasonable. He also gave me some tips about keeping the washer, dryer, and refrigerator in good condition. I will definitely use this company again.
