They were able to come to my home to fix a broken dryer the next day. The service call payment was not only applied to bill they also said I would not have to pay a service call for anything in the future. We have used them for a number of different appliances in the 2 houses that we have and have been pleased.

Terrible Work, Dishonest
My gas oven stopped working and would not turn on. I called Reliable Appliance & Refrigeration Service. They sent a tech out and he said that my oven needed a new coil, which would cost $138. He was here for maybe ten minutes and charged me an additional $132 for labor. Within a week the oven stopped working again, same problem. I called again because it was within the 90 day guarantee. The same tech came out and said that he needed to clean pilot. He then got the oven to work and told me it would cost $25 . I told him I was not paying that $ because it was within the 90 days and he claimed that it was a "different" problem. I then asked him to leave as he started to scare me and kept insisting that I pay him $25. Within a couple of weeks the oven stopped working again and I called someone else. The tech, Faig was terrible, did horrible work and was trying to get more $ out of me. Do not use this company
