I liked the quiet personal attention. I think she is running the business all by herself. I liked how she asked me what I wanted. I understand now why you have to leave a message....she has no empl;oyees and is usually with a customer. Good down home feeling.

Very Poor Customer service right over the phone, buisness does not inform callers of rates, no welcome feeling, just, "what do to you need" leaves all buisness inquiries up to the customer to figure out what the caller really called for, I you call a massage therapy buisness well I guess thats what the caller whants DUH!
