great place for great price....stayed there 1 night will stay again when im in town next. room looks brand new...it has recently renovated completly from carpet to bathroom.

we stayed at this hotel 2 nights when we were visiting montour falls... great place with great price...newly renovated rooms clean inside and out....we go there every year but never stayed there but from no on we konw where to stay.‎

ME & MY WIFE STAYED IN RELAX INN FOR TWO NIGHTS. WE ENJOYED THERE.VERY HONEST & FRIENDLY STAFF.I FORGOT $400.00 CASH IN THE ROOM AT CHECK OUT DAY,OWNER CALLED ON MY CELL & I GOT MY MONEY BACK. THEY HAVE VERY NICE & CLEAN MOTEL ROOM.VERY VERY GOOD HOUSEKEEPING.NEW CARPET,NEW BEDS,NEW BATHROOMS.AFFORDABLE PRICE.WALKING DISTANCE TO THE WATERFALLS,MARINA PARK,BAR & RESTAURANT.NEAR BY LAKE,RACE TRACK,STATE PARK & OTHER ATTRACTIONS.THEY HAVE FREE WIFI,FREE MOVIE CHANNELS,CABLE TV,FREE BREAKFAST.OH MY GOD THIS MOTEL IS PERFECT FOR US.THIS MOTEL IS BEST MOTEL I EVER STAYED IN WATKINSGLEN AREA.I WILL STAY AT THE RELAX INN AGAIN & AGAIN.‎

The staff is rude. The rooms have that stagnant water smell. and the carpet has probably never been cleaned. Forget about sitting on the toilet because the sing is practically over it(you have to lean over it or maybe rest your arm). the showers are stand up only and I could not fit in the shower right also. I am not a big person and thought it funny that they manufacture such a small shower. Water will get everywhere because no barrier to get water to go down the drain. I used all the towels cleaning up the water and I went to the Desk at noon to get replacements. The girl at the desk said she is busy and cant get me anymore. I looked into the parking lot and I was the only person there. and she blew me off. I eventually go the towels and Left shortly there after. You will have much better luck going to Corning at the comfort inn, it is worth the 35 minute drive.‎
