Ricky Lee, the manager, will call your home day after day, hour after hour, from the EXACT MINUTE your payment comes due. if your payment is due on the 12th, he'll call your home on that day, and if there is no answer, he will begin to call EVERY SINGLE PERSON you have used as a reference. They are classless loan sharks. They will come to your door, a town away, for a $58. balance, less than 30 days due, and call Mr. Ricky Lee (Regional's Henchman) to hand you the phone, so he can ream you verbally until you crumple into an emotional pile of uselessness. They LOVE to humiliate you in the office, they berate you by phone. The reason? They get bonus pay for keeping every account "up to date", i.e.-not past the 30 day mark. The begin the harrassment early, so that you're so beaten down by your next paycheck, you'd consider selling your firstborn, or your kidney, whichever was most useless. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Southern Finance is right down the street, and although their APR is also the most ridiculous thing about them, irregardless of your credit score, they are the MOST PROFESSIONAL SECURED LOAN COMPANY IN SUMMERVILLE! PERIOD!

I think personally the service reps, are okay.but the gentlemen that is actually the manager is really rude ,my husband experience it first hand.And please they are considerate but you only get one excuse even if your financed for 42 mos ...
