True, the recent crimes are disturbing, park carefully, walk out with the crowd. It can happen anywhere. The theatre is terrific. Love the Fandango, lines move quickly for concessions, theatre is much cleaner than those in the Baltimore area. Highly recommended.

Lots of screens mean that Regal can show a large selection of movies at once. They have the usual (high) prices for tickets and concessions. They participate in the Fandango program so you can order tickets online to be sure you have a seat before lining up the sitter. They have a frequent buyer card that gives free drinks, popcorn and tickets after so many purchases. Small arcade room.

Very clean great food comfortable seating. Very polite and friendly staff. Sound system is awesome almost too loud sometimes. They have a selection of free movies during the summer for kids. And also have a club were you get a free small popcorn. Great for a date or just hanging out with friends.

My husband and I LOVE regal cinema in Abingdon. We go to the movies every Tuesday and because we are in the regal club we recieve free small popcorn with every ticket purchase!
It's a relatively cheap way to have a whole evening out. The theater has reduced matinee, senior, and student tickets. It is clean and the seating areas are large and well kept.

This theater has just completely renovated their lobby area and has a nice, bright new area for sitting and waiting for the movies to start. The theaters are clean and well-kept, as are the restrooms. The staff is made up mostly of area teens and young adults, and they are always friendly and helpful. This theater gets the newest releases in the area, and really has only one other local theater for competition. It is the more expensive of the two area theaters, but the experience is a little nicer. The sound and picture quality are very good. They also offer FANDANGO, but except in the height of the summer movie season, the lines are not that bad.
