Redlands Jewelers stepped in when another store would not help me. My husband bought me a very nice birthstone ring from another jewelry store in town. The ring turned my finger black! We went back to the store and they would only exchange it for another ring. I wanted the right he gave me. We went to Redlands Jewelers and the owner explained it was probably the type of gold used in the ring. He offered to duplicate the ring and setting using the stones in the original ring for a very low price. He did a wonderful job and no more black finger!!

I took my watch in to get a battery replaced and they accidently broke the crystal on my watch. They did replace it but I had to leave the watch for about a week until the part came in.
