We stayed at the Albany Airport Motel on Wolf Road in Albany NY. The hotel had been hit by lightening 2 nights before (which is understandable) We had reserved 2 rooms for two nights. In one of the rooms, the phone beeped the whole time but you could not make out going calls so we unplugged it. The advertised Wi Fi was not available only in certain rooms, no hair dryers unless you asked to use one at the front desk. The elevator was broken. On our second night stay, the entry keys were not programmed so we could not get into our rooms. When I went to complain at the front desk , the clerk rolled his eyes when I discussed my concerns. I said you really don't care about this do you . He made no effort to ensure me that he did care about our stay. I will never stay in a Red Roof Inn again. I work with the public, if a customer comes with a complaint it means something. In my line of work (as with Red Roof Inn )the customer is always right ( with a valid complaint).
