I have shopped here for years and have always found unique adult clothing reasonably priced (sometimes a little high). I have never consigned here until just recently and let me tell you, they were not on my list of favorites by any means! she was so not friendly. It's almost like they feel burdened that you brought your stuff there to consign but they are forgetting that they wouldnt have a business if it werent for consignors. She gave me back quite a bit of stuff that she wouldnt accept for some unknown reason that I couldnt figure out. I shop for my daughter at Dillards, Macys, Limited Too, Childrens Place, Gap, etc....and my stuff was in tip top shape! THEN....to top it off, they dont care what day of the month you bring your items in; they still count it as a calendar month...it could be the 28th of the month and they count that as one of your months of having your stuff there! Thats ridiculous!

Sorry to pop this balloon's bubble, but the prices were way too high for consignment and the staff was not very friendly at all. Not too many like new kids clothes.

Be aware that the neighborhood isn't the greatest. Also, the shop did not live up to my expectations for sure. I thought they were going to be super fussy about the condition of their clothing being that they state that they will only accept like-new condition. If this is what they think like-new is, then I would hate to see the items they will not accept. Their are several items that have stains, pilling, fade. Now, I was here because I like a bargain like everyone else, but I will not dress my child like that to save a couple of dollars. I left there and went to Ross where you can get NEW clothes at great prices. If you don't mind busting out the stain remover when you get home, then take your chances.

I'd heard so much about this place I had to make the trip...I gave it 2 chances. The staff was not helpful or friendly - although civil. Most every piece of clothing I picked up had something wrong w/ it. What a disappointment. Maybe the 3rd time will be a charm.

For starters,the people who work here are very nice and polite. They greet you when you enter the door. Will answer any of your questions.Everything is organized and by size. I highly recommend the Red Ballon for your shopping needs.
