I usually buy my records at Wreckless Records in Chicago, so when I got back to San Diego for the summer I was definitely looking for a record shop that has the same quality and selection as Wreckless. Record City has a very nice selection of vinyl, with all of the records I expected there to be, plus more, and I was pretty impressed with the collection. However, service was not good at all. Whoever was at the register that day needs an attitude adjustment, because the whole time he was acting like he was all that and a bag of chips. I don't know, I'm just glad I have Wreckless back in Chicago.

Wonderful store. Wonderful service. The location on here is wrong. Store is located in Hillcrest on 6th Ave and University.

When searching for records, new and completely out of print... this is where to go. See Graham, if he does not know it, it's not worth finding! Its a great Hillcrest location.
