Contractor State Licensing Board. Be afraid if you decide.
The first day they sent âÂÂUnpreparedâ Ed to do the work. Ed, the carpenter, did not have a hammer, a vacuum cleaner, a step stool and a garbage can for the demo. He had to borrow my stuff and when he was done he never cleaned anything off. Ed also had to leave to go to Home depot twice. I know that because he left oil stains in my driveway both times in two different spots.
Once the pocket doors were installed they squeaked and they were uneven. Ed decided to use my house as a training ground to train his sidekick on how to install the pocket door hardware. I kept him there another 3 hours to fix the hardware and squeaky doors. Once he pulled off the visqueen, he pulled some paint off the wall. He never said a word. Electrical is above EdâÂÂs paygrade. Little did I know, until Ed left, that the power was shut off in our kitchen and half the house. Another electrical was called in to fix it.
After the sheet rock was up I noticed the doors were not centered. Emails were sent to the company on how we are going to fix it. I was ignored about this for 2 ý months.
I went to the Better Business Bureau to get their attention. They tried to mediate. Nothing happened. I reported them to the Contractor State Licensing Board. This prompted an unprofessional loud phone call from Rick. Not very happy and it showed in his tone. Then they finally decided to move the doors under their restrictions. In the meantime, the nails started to come out of the project. My wife and I opted not to have the doors removed, because their restrictions were not customer friendly, but have the "bubbling (nail problem)" taken care of. Joel took care of it. Nice guy as usual.
I just finished laying the laminate and noticed the doorframe was uneven. I contacted them and never got my question answered. They got what they wanted and I have uneven doorframes and non-centered doors and no answer on how to fix it. Company without a conscience$$

Out with the old and in with the new!! Our kitchen was completely redone with new appliances and cabinets. We really dont have any complaints. They gave us a free estimate, a contract when we were ready and finished the work when they said they would.

Rebozzi extended the front of our house and converted our garage. It was a huge undertaking we thought. Rebozzi crew worked hard and there were always nice workers working at our home. We are glad that we hired them and we love the finished project.

We were in need of kitchen remodel and needed all new windows on our old home. Our kitchen is wonderful, with our new appliances, and we are saving money on heating and air conditioning with our new windows!
