Readers Books has been around Sonoma forever it seems. They may not be able to offer the same competitive prices as those larger stores and on-line places, but they more than make up for it with their personalized service. They have a good selection of new and used books, along with magazines. There are a number of special events where authors make appearances at the store to talk about their latest books and then are available for signing. The old-fashioned atmosphere is a nice change from the impersonal chain book stores.
