Sales people are disrespectful and completely unreliable. Over the course of 3 months, I called more than 10 times to get a status on an order that was suppose to take a couples of weeks. They always promise to check on it and call back, but they never do. Finally - when the order arrived, it was the wrong size. Sent it back and 2 months later got the wrong size again. But as it is their customary style and practice, both times they blamed me for misordering, even though I have a copy of the order form that clearly shows what I ordered and the specifications. Take my word on this - a consumer's experience can't get any worse. They are down right mean, rude and couldn't care less about the customer.
