My husband and I had the unfortuante luck to have Daniel Ravenel Property Management as our landlords for 2 years while living in Charleston, SC. They were absolutely horrid. They never responded to the NUMEROUS (as in, tens of dozens) of noise complaints we made, and they were very unprofessional when my husband and I were forced to move because of the unreasonable noise coming from our upstairs neighbors (also their tenant). The property manager called my husband and I liars and said directly that we were exaggerating our complaints as we were the only ones who had ever complained about noise. THey also called us liars with regards to our upstairs neighbors threatning to 'beat us up'

Their professionalism is non existant. Please understand that the majority of clients they cater to are college students who are living outside of mommy & daddy's house for the first time and who have no understanding of basic neighborly manners. Unless you're willing to live with 24 hour noise, parties, and threats, do NOT consider renting from Daniel Ravenel Real Estate. EVER
