TERRIBLE‎
I called Rapid Plumbing at 10:30 am to schedule an appointment for 2:30 pm the same day. They called me a little after 2pm to let me know they were running a little late. 3 hours later (I called at 5:13 to cancel the visit) and they still NEVER Showed. I needed my toilet fixed and figured maybe it was some bad luck I experienced so I gave them another call the next day at 9 am to schedule an appointment at 10:30 am same day. They call me at 10:16 saying they are running late. Would be at least an hour or more. I'm not even going to wait again to figure out the end result. I will not recommend Rapid Plumbing to anyone‎
