$175 for nothing but greif! BAD COMPANY!
They charged to much for a bad job, they DON'T stand behind their work.. Eugene, (the owner) came to my house and rooted my main and the cutting tip from his snake broke off in my drain. It clogged 2 days later and he wanted to charge me to remover the piece that broke..
I was a bit upset at his demeanor as he was giving me excesses and trying to blame the tip breaking on some roots in my pipe. But I saw the break and it was not a clean break. It was already cracked! He obviously is used to snowing unsuspecting people who are very trusting. He reached a dead end with me and was confronted and then he started yelling and I could not understand him as his voice became distorted. He challenged my Christian beliefs and tried to manipulate me into submission of his excesses. I take care of two 80 year old people one being my mother and the other her friend. He did not care about anything but the money he wants to make.... I called another plumber and they took care of it for way less money.. Rapid Plumbing is NOT a good company.. Stay far away!
