Randy's jewelry was a wonderful place to shop!!! Bob was extremely patient and very knowledgeable of everything in the cases. Never shopping for an engagement ring before, I was extremely indecisive, but as soon as I discovered what shape and style I liked Bob took the initiative to show me rings I had not even noticed. After trying on rings for hours I finally found the one that I want to wear the rest of my life.......thank you so much for your patience:)

Me and my boyfriend went in Randy's looking for a engagment ring to give him an idea. Our salesperson was named Dawn, she was AWESOME! She was very helpful, she didnt try to get me to go for more expensive or she didnt try to make us buy one that day. I have never had any problems with Randy's. My family goes in there all the time and they are always helpful!! 5 STAR!!!

My husband purchased a set of diamond earring for me several years ago at Randy's jewelry. He went there on the recommendation of a friend. He was happy with the professional service he received from them so we decided to make Randy's our regular jewelry store. Although the earrings had a special post so that the earring would not fall out easily I found the back of one of them constantly coming off. I returned to Randy's and they fixed the problem.

The following Christmas I went to Randy's to purchase a watch for my husband. I did purchase a watch I was happy with but I was not overly impressed with the salesperson.

Shortly after I began to again have problems with the earring back not staying on. As a result I lost one of these expensive diamond earrings. Against all odd an employee found my earring and returned it to me. I went back to Randy's to complain and have it fixed. The saleswomen tried to make it my fault that the post was not working properly. Finally she said it could be replaced with a different type of posts. As she wrote up the ticket she mentioned that I would be charged nearly $100 for this to be done. I was very upset. We had purchased expensive earrings and I expected them to be of a good quality. Only after I argued and made her ask the manager were they willing to replace it at no charge.

They did fix the problem but I felt I should not have had a hassle just to have them make things right. Will I go back again? Maybe, but I will be very wary.

We purchased my husbands wedding band here and were very pleased with the service and quality of the jewelry. The prices are very reasonable as well. Most other jewelers wanted to charge twice as much for the same ring we got here because they considered it to be custom made even though Randy's had one in the display case.
