My husband and I LOVE Dr. Prachnau !! She saved my husband's life when she found a cycst on his heart and lung, but looking farther into something questionable. She didn't blow him off, she cared enough to check it out and in his 30's, my husband had to have a life saving operation in Baptist hospital, thanks to her caring for her patients and not seeing them only as pay check. I see her also and when our insurance dropped from loosing hubbys job, she continued to see my husband and work on a sliding scale fee. She has been a true God send to us. I have now sent my disabled chikd to her as well. I don't trust anyone else. The other Dr's in here are good also, but she has won our hearts forever !
I had suffered for many years with my back and could get no relief, she got me in with a Dr that operated on my spine and it's been almost 4 yrs without me having to rely on a wheel chair ! And she found out what's wrong with me and has treated me. She's always kind and respectful and will take the extra time to hear what you have to say and she "asks" and gives you options and lets you choose what you'd like to try. She doesn't demand that you do it and if it doesn't work, she will then send you else where till you get answers. Most don't take time for their patients, but Dr. Prachnau does. Randy and I love her and are very grateful for her. She is the best Dr I've ever met. We've been going to her for many years now.
