After giving me an injection that I ended up being allergic to, my tongue swelled up immediately and I couldn't breath. The doctor and the staff panicked and didn't know what to do. It took them almost two minutes to gain their composure and figure out what to do. Even then they didn't know that all I needed was a shot to reduce the swelling and called 911. I was stuck with a hospital and ambulance bill that they wouldn't help with. I could have stayed in the office and the swelling would have gone down, but they didn't know that, which they should have. The office manager has no heart whatsoever. Good luck.‎

I find the Rancho Penq. Dental Center very comfortable and anxiety is not in my vocabulary when I am there getting work done. The doctor is very caring and patient with me. I would recommend this office to everyone. The staff too is wonderful! It is not just a general denistry as they do orthodontics as well!
