I secured a reservation for a non-smoking room online, but when I tried to check in, the first thing the manager said was, "You forgot to specify non-smoking so I gave you a smoking room." My, my - how did he know I'd requested non-smoking if it wasn't part of the reservation. I showed him my confirmation (which included the non-smoking request), he declared he only had smoking rooms available, and so we left. Thanks for potentially ruining our weekend. I will never grace your establishment again.
