I have seen Dr. Ramelli a handful of times to treat excema flare-ups. The wait time has usually been minimal and he is quick to prescribe me what I need and send me on my way. So, I'd say he is fine for any run-of-the-mill skin problems. But, at the same time, he does not have much of a bedside manner and seems to rush through visits, so I would probably find someone else for anything requiring greater attention.
