After getting my new 2009 Toyota washed at the Rama Car Wash in Greenwood I noticed multiple scratches in the paint. The owner/manager refuses to take any responsiblity to his service. He acknowledged the scratches but said they we should just try and buff them out. He was very defensive, rude and refused to even have a conversation about the situation. He walked away stating this was just not his problem. He is doing a terrible disservice to the service industry. I would NOT recommend this establishment.

Cons : The owner/maanger has no customer service skills and should not be working in the service industry.
