I like this particular Ralphs because it's centrally located downtown and has a little bit of everything. It's just like other Ralphs but smaller so you'd think they be missing some items, but no they literally have everything a larger Ralphs offers! The seafood/meat counter is decent but what really makes it is the spunky fun seafood/meat lady she's always alive and willing to give you the best cuts and offer her expert opinion on what is the most fresh. Her recommendations are always welcomed! There is even customer parking garage underneath the building which saves you the trouble of looking downtown!

This Ralph's is awesome because it is insanely close to my apartment. As for its objective qualities however, it's always super clean and the deli ladies are very very nice.

Also, it has underground parking, unlike the one on University. Thank the powers that be too, because parking down in the Gaslamp is a nightmare. One of the coolest things I have ever seen is the escalator thingy/inclined moving sidewalk that takes you from the garage to the store. Totally cool. And don't worry if you need to get your shopping cart to your car--they have locking wheels on the carts once they are inclined enough, as well as an elevator.

They have a killer deli section too. The ladies behind the counter are really nice about giving you samples of the deli meat before you decide if you want to buy some, and the Boar's Head stuff always has one of the varieties on sale. YUMMY. And their sale prices are actually good.

Also, in drinking land, check out their wine aisle. I usually prefer Trader Joe's for such things but they actually have legit sales on stuff now and again.

This place is one of the best chain grocery stores I've ever shopped at. I've been to other Ralphs but this one seems to have a much fresher selection of food and I can always find what I'm looking for!

I like ralph`s. It's a good place to get food and snacks and such for a reasonable price. The people are very nice and pleasant and they are always there if you need help. If you have the ralphs club card you're pretty much set. I'd recommend here.

well, ralph's is pretty much like most grocery stores. if you have a club card you can save a decent amount of money. its location makes it convenient for downtown shoppers, especially if you're at horton plaza and just remembered that you needed to go grocery shopping.
