Took my vacuum and sewing machine into Ralph's and they repaired quickly fixed my vacuum. It hasn't worked this good since it was new. My sewing machine took a while longer, but they did a very extensive cleaning and adjusting. I am very satisfied with their customer service and knowledge. The San Carlos store is the cleanest service establishment I've ever seen and they have lots of different machine--something for everyone.
