Overcharged by 3 times!!
I ordered my meal. The lady ringing me up who hardly spoke English was taking a long time to process my credit card for under $10. I waited and waited, even asked if everything was okay, and she in 3 words reassured me that "yes, take long". Finally it went through. My meal was okay, not impressed but it wasn't the worst. The organization tactics they have is not the smoothest, not to mention the place is tiny. The next morning I check my bank account online to find that the lady ran my credit card 3 times the amount. I call them up to inform them, and Luis said if I were to run to the store, he'd be able to fix it fast.

I had a few minutes before I had to get to work, so I waited on line and when I got to Luis, he phones another manager at another location. That manager then insists that I go home, print out proof from my bank account. I had already mentioned I can pull my bank account on my phone. I told him I wasn't leaving and come back for a THIRD time since this was their problem. After convincing them of their problem, he handed me my money in cash. For what it's worth - I'm never going back there again.
