This is the worst car-rental experience I have ever had. The man who owns the place promised us a clean, new mini-van and gave us a disgusting mini-van that was squeeling and had problems starting. He took us off the dealership lot to a strange parking lot near his home and although we were saying we were not sure he pressured us into taking it and would only accept cash. We decided we wanted to return the car an hour later after realizing it wasn't safe after driving it and he would not accept it back. He was rude, used sexually inappropriate language, and hung up the phone on us several times. This may be a CHEAP place, but it is an unsafe nightmare and the owner is one of the most unreasonable, scary jerks I have ever come across.
