I would recommend NEVER using this dry cleaners. They lost an item of mine and initially tried to claim I had never brought it in in the first place, then refused to refund my money. The woman never apologized and was very rude and dismissive the entire time I was talking with her. I'm still trying to find out if I can locate the item, but she has offered no help whatsoever. Horrible customer service.
