The Railroad is a very small place. It does not look good from the outside but the food is fantastic. Everybody knows everyone in there most of the time. They do serve beer daily. If you are a regular most of the time you come in the back door of the restaurant.

Nice home cooking and atmosphere, great service, and yes you can hear the trains go by. The owner Homer Wood also adds to the enjoyment of the cafe. They serve up lunch plates specials Monday through Friday, open on Saturday, but closed on Sundays.
