We were referred here after xrays determined that my daughter had broken her foot. We had an appointment that we were asked to arrive 30 minutes early to. Including that time we waited almost 2 hours. Then we were escorted to the exam room where we waited probably 20 minutes. We did not see a Dr, she introduced herself as a physician's assistant. She spent about 5 minutes explaining that my daughter needed a cast and what kind it would be. She answered our questions and then we were out the door to the cast guy.

We picked a color and there was no waiting here. We had a very hard time getting my daughter to settle down enough for him to get the cast on. She's very clingy and was a bit afraid, I think. We finally settled her and then another tech came to assist and demanded that we shift her over like 3 inches for no reason which caused another freak out. Cast was on in about 10 minutes. The main guy was super nice. She was given a teddy bear and stickers on the way out.

There is a McDonalds adjacent to the orthopedics waiting room. But you're not allowed food in that area and we were instructed not to let her eat anything until her cast was on. So this was very difficult as we were waiting during dinner time and my daughter kept saying she was hungry.

I don't have any idea what the cost will be, haven't seen the bill yet.

The staff is great and very knowledgeable.
