Radtke recently was recommended to us when our refrigerator needed service. We like to support local merchants but, having no experience with Radtke, were worried that we'd get gouged. The service man, John, was so honest and so ethical. He could have sold us on a new refrigerator, but he told us our frig was worth repairing. He could have sold us an entirely new door. He could have sold us a new circuit board. Instead he kept digging until he found the unusual problem and he came up with a creative and cost-effective solution. Two trips in two days, total about 5 hours, plus installation of a new ice maker, and the total cost was just over $200. I always assumed you'd get the best deal on appliances at Sears but have since checked out new appliances at Radtke and their prices are equal or better. And their service simply cannot be beat. Skip the chain stores, support a local merchant and get that home-town honesty you won't find elsewhere.‎
