I had a CT and i was really nervous but the tech was awesome he calmed my nerves. I was in and out in 20 minutes from start to finish. If I need future imaging assistance these are the guys I am going to. Plus I am a broke college student with no insurance and they have great cash prices!!

Failure to get "INFORMED CONSENT"; John Rider, Dr. Spellman, Linda Lantry and Becky Shoemaker all lied and conspired to hide the truth. Prior to scan six John Rider announced over a loudspeaker that this was to be the last scan. John Rider claims it was after scan number six was completed that he called Dr. Spellman to discuss a change order from %u201CWITHOUT CONTRAST%u201D to with contrast. Just after scan six John Rider was clearly not on the phone calling anyone because he was pulling me out of the MRI tube. He was clearly diverting my attention away from what he was doing by talking about someone from high school, with my eyes still covered, sleepy from lying down and my ear plugs still in, he diverted my attention away from what he was planning to do without authorization. Per Linda Lantry (Page 42 Line 15) the MRI machine was never stopped or delayed to allow time for a phone call to Dr. Spellman. <br />

Failure to get consent. John Rider claimed he got my consent. In his deposition he admitted he did not have RMG%u2019s authorization to get consent from a patient for contrast. <br />
