I just moved to Fernley and tried a few salons out there with horrible luck. The last experience I had was terrible and I was in serious need of some emergency help. I called Radiance about a month ago and I believe I talked to the owner who said that Tiffany Miller did her hair. I was reluctant to try someone new yet again but decided it couldnt be worse than what I had. So, I came in and had a color appointment with Tiffany to fix the mess that I had. She was very sweet and knowledgable. I can tell within a few minutes if someone is good at hair and I felt totally comfortable with her. She did an amazing job on my hair and was even able to leave the length long which I was so scared of losing. I would refer her to all of my friends and family and I will be a client for a loooong time. The salon is beautiful and very easy to find. I'm glad that I tried it and that I trusted the advice from the owner. Thanks again Tiffany, see you in a few weeks.

I'm new to the area and made an appointment with Margauite for a mens haircut after reading her reviews here. I wasn't disappointed she did a great job cutting my hair and was good company during the service. She's been very consistent in the following Appointments, and Im sure to be a long time client of hers!

I just had the best pedicure ever and it was by Tracy Caster at Radiance Salon and Spa in Sparks. The one thing I like is to spoil myself with pedicures. I'm very picky about my feet and want someone who knows what they're doing , who is very thorough, and can keep the polish on my toes without chipping. I couldn't believe how thorough Tracy was and how invigorating the whole experience was. There is nothing worse than getting a pedicure and all it turns out to be is a polish change. The pedicure room is so beautiful and they have 3 chairs so I can bring a friend or two if I want.( we would be fighting over Tracy though.) I won't go anywhere else cause if I did, I would surely be disappointed.

I have never written a review on anyone, but I would like to say that Maria Rosol the massage therapist at Radiance is the BEST! You will never want to see anyone else after you have had a massage by her. I honestly have been a new person since I had just 1 session with her, she is sweet kind and has a passion for her job. So treat yourself and make a appointment with her. Also Tania Davis who is a hairstylist there does the best color!

If you need a wax.. DON'T GO HERE! I'm not a newbie to brazillan waxing. I have been getting this type of waxing done for over 4 years. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. She kept going over the same spots. Then she switched from soft wax to hard wax. When she applied the hard wax to an already tender area. IT BURNED SO BAD THAT MY LEG SHOOK UNCONTROLLABLE WHEN SHE PUT THE WAX ON ME. After a few more time of this I finaly said that I was fine with that hair being there. To just leave it alone. When I left the room and went to the counter to pay. She was my cashier as well. I was trying with all I had not to just break down right there. I wanted to get to the privacy of my own car for that. Instead of asking me what I would like to tip she suggested the amount! I strongly recomment you go somewhere else for waxing. Most people when not keep going over the same areas. If there is a stubburn hair. They just leave it alone. This happens from time to time. It is better to do that then to rip off the top 3 layers of skin and then try to burn it loose!
