Very professional and friendly. Lisa is a total sweetheart who makes you feel very comfortable, which can sometimes be hard at a gynecologist's office. The staff are very nice as well and not afraid to hold a conversation. All in all, the office has a small, personal feel to it that is kind of hard to get in such a populous area.
