I don't understand why there are 2 reviews for her. I would have loved to have hired her for my legal matter, but she never responded to my email or call.

I highly recommend Brook Radelfinger. I was able to reach her by phone and set up a consultation very easily on the first call with her, unlike another attorney I was first referred to, whose assistant couldn't set an appointment after three talks with her and who was unreliable about getting back to me. I consulted with Brook Radelfinger regarding whether I should get a prenuptual agreement, and on top of all my own research and due diligence, she gave me a wealth of information and useful tips, orally and written, that will be helpful whether or not I get a prenup. She speaks quickly and productively and really seems to know the field of prenups and divorce law. As info, she said that if you would like a prenup, you should consult with her at least two months before the wedding date, and both parties will need to retain separate lawyers. If I do decide to get a prenup, I will definitely follow up with her.
