HORRIBLE. Do not rent from them, they have the absolute worse management team. Extremely disorganized and NEVER answer their phones. Owner and property manager have complete disregard for your concerns. When they come repair things, they rush through and do a crappy job. I do NOT recommend you rent from them.

They are completely inaccessible. It's easier to reach the President of the USA on the phone than to reach them. Their maintenance is not bad but very slow. Several weeks can go by without them changing the light bulbs or watering the plants.
On the positive side - the rental is cheap, but obviously it has its price. Don't use them if you can afford better.
