We chased the ants around the inside of our house for the past two summers. When they arrived in our pantry again this year, my wife said, "Not again, make the call". I called R&D pest control because I saw some of my neighbors in Scripps Ranch had used them. I wanted a company that would do a one time service, which R&D offers. When I found out they also offer regular service WITHOUT a one year service contract like the other guys, I said, "Sign me up!" They came out and sprayed for ants and silverfish and two days later there were no more ants in the house and no more ant trails outside. One month later and still no ants, what a difference from the last couple of years! Now I have a "happy wife and a happy life" thanks to R&D pest control.

It seems like Rancho Penasquitos is built on an ant hill, but that's no excuse for the Board of Directors of our Homeowners Association to cancel our pest control contract and tell owners to deal with it themselves --- but I digress...

The response I received from R&D was stellar! When ants were swarming over my kitchen counters and even in my laundry, Dave came out within a few hours and treated the outside of my home. He even turned my patio furniture over to check for spiders and wiped away every web! The treatment I received was courteous and professional and within a few hours the ants and spiders were GONE! A few weeks later some trees were removed nearby which seemed to create a disturbance causing ants to return. Once again Dave responded promptly and took care of them at no charge.
