I don't normally pay a lot for having my hair fixed, but I thought last year that I would finally try getting my hair cut in a new style and have it highlighted so I made an appointment with Ross the Boss because I had some co-workers that went there and there hair looked really good. I was very disappointed when I left because I asked the beautician that I had if she thought my hair would look okay highlighted and she said yes so I told her that's what I wanted and she kept saying she was going to do it but never did. Then all of the sudden she said I was through and could make another appointment to have my hair highlighted. Hello..that's what I went for. My hair cut was nothing special either and it cost a fortune. I never did go back I found another lady to do my hair.
