Dr. Quinto and his staff go to great lengths to make sure I am taken care of. I can always get an appointment whenever needed. The wait is always short in the waiting room. He is more concerned about the patient than anything else. I feel as if Dr. Quinto has held on to the values of yesteryear, where the patient comes first, and meeting their needs is at the top of his list of priorities. Wish there were more like him.

Doctor Quinto is a great doctor, he and his staff are quite approachable. My wife and I have been seen by Dr. Quinto, Mary Quinto, and the PA, Richard Bowling. All are great. Getting appointments is usually quick and easy.

I see the PA most often, which has never been a problem, he's very professional, helpful and puts one at ease.

I've never had any of the problems listed here involving getting prescriptions or any sort of bad diagnosis.

Very rude, unprofessional office staff. I always feel like they're irritated with the fact that they need to help me. When you call, they always put you on hold, and then they act annoyed when you ask a question. When I go into the office for an appointment, I always have to wait at the window to be acknowledged, until they finish their private conversations. If you ever need a copy of a report or lab results, you have to provide your own stamp. You rarely see the actualy doctor, but instead, your vitals are taken by the receptionist, and you are seen by the physician's assistant. It's a fight to get prescriptions filled, and you have to wait months to get an appointment. It's really sad, because the doctor is great, although impatient and at times even insulting, but a good doctor nonetheless. But not worth going through the hassle of interacting with the young, rude, unprofessional young staff who represent him in his office.

Overall, a very nice office to deal with. The staff is professional and kind. Dr. Quinto is great in person. Mary Quinto and the PA are also very nice and approachable.
